The talk must stop. We must secure our borders now. A nation without secure borders is no nation at all. We must secure our nation, because it makes no sense to fight terrorists abroad when our own front door is left wide open and unlocked. It’s time for some common sense

People we stand on the edge of a true precipice. This problem is negativity affecting our Economy, our Way of life and hurting our middle class families the most. You want our Economy fixed, Fix this problem and the economy will heal it’s self. Once we are no longer supporting 20 million non tax-paying Illegal aliens, who are stressing every aspect of our infrastructure, our cost of living, our wages etc.. If this continues we will probably have to adjust our taxes necessary to maintain our communities.
Today's politicians don’t understand this Problem, since they do not live like the middle class, and are to beholden to big business and lobbyist not the people that elected them, that just wrong. Also with their millions in the bank and big houses. They don't know what is like to lose a job. That is why we need an outside view in Washington. When I Look at the current campaigns of the current candidates and I am most certain that they will do nothing about this problem even though there lot talk about it. And we will continue to suffer as a result.
We must realize that are success as country means keeping our jobs and protecting our citizens. If we can’t not do this and protect the foundation on which all is built we will fail to be a nation.
I think that is not an option and unnecessary. So we must solve this problem know then this economic uncertainly will dramatically decline.
I have seen first hand what illegal immigration can do, and watched my hometown get destroyed from this unfettered invasion of illegal immigrants. I also remember what America (and my home town) was like before these poor excuses for leaders gave it away. Please help me make it right again.
Securing the Border and Enforcing the Law:
A fundamental responsibility of the federal government is to protect its citizens.
Secure the borders that defines our nation in the first place!
A nation must enforce its laws to remain a civilized nation.
First of all, this problem is easily solved, and will be the first issue I address on day one of my Presidency, without excuses or politics of any kind. GUARANTEED.
1) Zero tolerance for Illegal immigration nationwide.
We must stop the primary reason they come here in the first the place. For instance the jobs. We can stop this by making it very expensive and very risky to employ illegal aliens to those “Americans” that employ them. Because by employing illegal labor, they are stealing from the rest of the community and contributing to the problem.
2)No Amnesty:
There will be no offer of any path to legal status for any illegal aliens.
Amnesty undermines U.S. law and policy, rewards bad behavior, and is unfair to the millions of immigrants who follow the law and are awaiting legal entry into the United States.
3) Firstly, I will pardon the border agents accused of wrong doing should they warrant it; followed immediately by looking at the conduct that caused this mess in the first place.
4) We are going to do something that every civilization has done since the dawn of time to secure its borders.
We will secure the whole border, as quickly as we can and with a true sense of urgency, this means that we will set up temporary check points, all along the whole border, one every mile, and man them with National Guard troops, With these rules of engagement: “Defend our border by any means necessary.”
Borders agents will help with patrols and man the points of entry with those same rules of engagement. “Protect American Borders.” They will be backed up by even more National Guard troops. The Nation Guard will have final say on all areas except legal points of entry.
We will use any means of surveillance necessary to provide air-tight borders; while the “border fence” is built under the rapid deployment plan.
5) Attrition and Enforcement:
Reduce the number of illegal aliens through increased enforcement against the employers of unauthorized workers. Without illegal employment opportunities being made available, fewer illegal aliens will attempt to enter the country for this purpose, and many of those illegally in the country now because of this, they will likely return home.
Self-deportation can also be maximized by cutting off all financial services to illegal aliens (no more bank accounts, no social services, no free health care, no more free money,no food stamps and no ID's etc..). Stepping up the enforcement at all levels; from landlords to local law enforcement. Attrition through enforcement is a more reasonable and achievable solution, but this approach requires additional steps and the additional border security outlined above for it to work.
6) As part of a common sense policy:
I will ask all illegal aliens to voluntarily leave our nation through a National address on day one.
I am even providing a summary of this address below, for all Americans to review, so that there is no question about this, and they know what I am going to say and do.
"To all Illegal immigrants, Illegal aliens, undocumented immigrants and visa over-riders:
Thanks for visiting America. Now it is the time for you to leave. You are hereby urged to return to your home country voluntarily. because effective today all public services will be cut off to anyone here illegally,
You have 30 days from today to leave America. If you leave within the 30 days, you will have the ability, like any other, to apply for a visa, or other methods of legal entry to the United States. If you do not leave on your own, within the allotted time frame of 30 days, you will be caught, documented, and put into a national database of known offenders, that will prevent you from ever applying for legal status in the United States. It will be the mission of all American law enforcement, from local law enforcement all the way up to the federal level, to check the immigration status of anyone, for whatever reason, and deport all Illegal immigrants by any means necessary, with no possibility of ever returning to the United States, even for a visit, if you are caught here illegally. I hope this clears up any misconception. The goal is to make it so that there will be no more deaths of Americans because of Illegal immigration. There will be no more nonsense arguments like "Illegal aliens have the right to be here", there will be no Law suits condoned or allowed for illegal aliens. American civil rights are for American citizens. Again, you have the right to leave now, and if you don’t leave within the 30 day period, you will be caught; you will be documented, you will be deported, and you will be denied re-entry on any basics. This IS the only form of Amnesty you will get from this administration."
We will triple the number of I.C.E agents handling interior enforcement, moving some of the border patrols agents freed up by the supplement of manpower from the National Guard, to interior enforcement. Any corruption found at this level will be dealt with harshly.
It’s time to end Sanctuary Cities by cutting off all federal funds, as appropriate, to any community that offers Sanctuary to illegal aliens, and when ever possible, prosecute those who put the sanctuary policy in place.
Elimination of previous policies on “Anchor babies”, “wet foot dry foot”, “chain migration”, and see the end to NAFTA and similar ridiculous agreements that promote “border jumping” to start with.
Relentless Prosecution and conviction for members of criminal alien gangs, such as MS-13 and affiliated gangs.
Implement and expedite the “Real ID” system and Employment verification systems as quickly as possible.
It is the responsibility of ALL LEGAL persons applying for work to have and provide this information during the application process. Failure to provide it WITH your application will mean that you cannot be considered for employment UNTIL you provide these documents. There will no longer be a “10 day Grace period” for you to provide your documentation to the employer. This will prevent the ridiculous lawsuits filed by illegal aliens to be paid for the work that they performed illegally, under the false pretense of being legally able to work here, by providing falsified documents. If you have provided falsified documentation to an employer to obtain employment, they WILL NOT PAY YOU for the work that you perform, or THEY will be fined and prosecuted.
• Relentless Prosecution and conviction of employers that hire illegal aliens.
It will be the responsibility of Employers to verify that they are only hiring workers with the proper documentation, and that they are verified prior to starting work, no excuses. Employers that are found to have an inordinate amount of “false document” hires will be investigated thoroughly to make sure that they are not abusing the “Non Payment of work performed” policy for false document hires. We will not tolerate persons profiting on these policies at the expense of human lives, illegal or otherwise
• Sign an executive order
requiring the Social Security Administration to provide relevant information to all levels of immigration and law enforcement as requested. • WE WILL MAKE ENGLISH the official language of the United States, this is to promote easier assimilation, as well as to assist legal immigrants' success, and require a level of proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in the English language in order for any foreign person to be granted lawful permanent resident status.
This policy will result in a safer, more secure America, for us, our children, and our children’s children.
• Less crime and Gangs since there will be less unemployed people, and less people that need to steal.
• Less American deaths due to Illegal alien related crimes
• This will prevent any further rift in our nation on this issue, which should have been a common sense problem in the first place, not a political hot button.
• This will allow us to focus on Education, Health Care and infrastructure as big issues, since they are more complex problems.

My goal is to reduce the overall size of government to remove decades of superfluous bureaucracy.
I would like to see our system of government reduced to 1 representative per state for house and senate. This should ease the process of working on future bills and eliminate the current ridiculous bureaucracy.
• One senator per state
• One house member per state.
• Enforcement of term limits. 8 years max. (That way you wont drag your feet if really want make a difference)
• Make the benefits of government work real again; you get paid while you are working, not forever.
We should focus on theses areas:
• National Security and Defense
• National Infrastructure
• Education
• Tax system that works for everyone
• And a common sense foreign policy

These are supposed to be “Business Meetings” not parties. If you don’t like that idea, let’s convene in YOUR buildings, you can spend your own money then instead of ours.
• Policing the world - No More Not our Jobs we will help out humanitarian support role only, no nation building.
• $560 million dollars on embassies? What are they thinking? This money should be spent at home! -No More symbols of opulence in un-industrialized nations

• Streamline as many of the government agencies as we can, this will save billions.
National Security Infrastructure:
We need to be a more pro-active government and society. A fundamental responsibility of the federal government is to protect its citizens. We can do this by becoming a more pro-active Nation.

• Our Education system is in severe crisis.
• Our Healthcare system is only good if you can afford it.
• We need to focus on the utilization of existing Technology to improve everyone’s daily life.
I am committed to these actions:
• Setting goals and taking action on them with a "can do" attitude.
• Bring a working class man’s common sense views to government.
• Bring the government back to the people, and end this war on the middle class.
• Make every bill un-classified, viewable to the public so that they KNOW what is going on, and who is asking for it (or who is against it). No more back door deals.
• I will not intrude upon American lives with yet more unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Reduce our dependence on foreign oil, and negotiate a stable cost for what we purchase.
• Embrace responsibility
• Cut wasteful government spending
• Do away with the IRS and implement a Fair Tax system, i.e. a national sales tax. (After the a feasibility study is complete)
• Stop Outsourcing of American Jobs, by stopping excessive H1b visa programs.
• Bring manufacturing home; make "Made in America" mean something again.
• We need to offer incentives to companies that make sure their workforce is American, and assess a very high tariff tax to outsourcing. With that I will make clear that you should hire Americans because by the time you add the high tariff tax to the imported talent it will cost you more than an American worker.
Voting reform:
Voting is the key to our democracy and I will deemed it to be a National Security issue.
The federal Voting should be controlled by the federal government and be uniform across every state,After all we are the united states. Making it more secure and without doubt. All voters would be given a tamper proof Picture ID card (Free to all LEGAL citizens) that would need to be presented at the time of voting and would do a real-time identity check at the polling/voting center. This would create the following benefits:
• Assure that SSN and name is valid
• Assure that Address is valid and matches the name
• Assure that Citizenship is valid
• Has the card been tampered with and does it show the correct picture?
• Voting Id's will have thumbprint on the card with a smart chip.
• Local and state elections can continue using current voting system or adopt the proposed system.
• With this system the American people will vote for president via popular vote only.
• Do away with Electoral College to bring America back to the American people, and let the people decide who they want as their leader.
Veterans:
We need to spend as much time and money on veterans as we do on training and recruiting, so when they come home after serving our country they will be taken care off. This will then continue our commitment to them and as they did to us. No longer will there be homeless vets. We will reinvest in their future as a thank you for their valued service.
I will offer a special loan program to offset existing VA loans in conjunction with the SBA so that veterans have the possibility to open their own business. No or low interest loans and offer re-training, if their military skill is not useful in civilian life.
The mess at Walter Reed, this kind of nonsense won’t happen under my watch.
Veto power:
I will veto any bill with “pork” and not related to these goals:
• The president needs a line item veto as well.
• National Security and Defense.
• National Infrastructure.
• Education.
• Tax system that works and a common sense foreign policy.

Strong families are the bedrock of our nation and our culture. They are built around the sanctity of life and the institution of marriage, which is the union of a man and a woman.

That is why we need an outside view in Washington. I have looked at the campaigns of the current candidates, and I am certain that they will do nothing to help the middle class once in office.
I am not a politician nor do I have the desire to be one. I am just a working class American like you. But like Andrew Jackson, I just want to see the people of America taken care of, instead of big businesses for a change.
Today’s society drives us more and more to buy too much, (to live beyond our means) like buying that big house and that nice new car, instead of enjoying those precious all to fleeting family times. Parents are working so much to afford all these material things that they forget about those very important family bonds and spending the time with their children that they should. E.G. Taking them to zoos, playgrounds, or even just sitting together at the dinner table discussing what they did that day.
Making Family the number one priority needs to be brought back to the American household.
Here is how we can make it happen:
Control Energy cost: through renewable energy
As President I will make this a reality. Using technology to find better fuel alternatives.
Keep taxes low: implement a fair tax system.
This will allow more money in your paycheck and maybe more time with your family.

Predatory Lending:
As President I will create a task force at the Department of Justice to combat Mortgage fraud and predatory lending. This task force will present only results not excuses.
Technology:
As President I will offer incentives in the form of tax breaks to companies who promote the use of technology to allow workers to work from home. (Tele-Commute) This reduces the amount of energy (gas) used to drive to and from work, allows the worker to be more efficient, and yet another direct result & benefit of this is it allows them to spend more time with their families. This also means less commute time, reduced traffic on the roads, less fuel used and purchased as a nation, which saves on energy and pollution, leaves more money in your paycheck, and can lead to increased profits to the companies from a higher productivity rate. They can then cut down on office space and reduce their overhead in some cases, instead of just outsourcing our jobs to become more profitable.
Quality of life items:
As President, the congress and I will start to focus on real problems like combating crime like never before, so that American families can be safe once again. By truly putting more police on our streets.and giving them better tools to fight crime in the 21st century
Work to make family law more even and balanced across all states. remember we are the United States
Good, low cost Health insurance for the whole family, and made available for all American citizens and legal residents, no matter what income level. This will not be a mandated healthcare either.
Prevent child predators in a way like never before with a more accurate national tracking and awareness system, as well as periodic physical checks to make sure that they are where they say they are.
As your President:
I can fix some of these items using the power of the Presidency, and I will. But you, the parent, will have to instill your set of traditional values. I will commit combating the spread of obscenity via all media outlets, but again, the responsibility falls to the parent, not any government official or agency.
Videos games, movies, TV, and Radio are not the problem. As a parent you know what is best for your child, explaining to them what is real and what is not, as well as teaching them right and wrong, is your responsibility.
Cost of living
Housing and house prices need to become more affordable. Mortgages need to be approved on the net income of a family, after the taxes have been taken out and all monthly costs have been deducted. The gross income can not determine what mortgage payment is affordable, since this is not the take home amount of the worker, and does not calculate other necessities like food, fuel, insurance, and household utilities that need to be factored also.
As President I will put a program in place that will provide free help with financial advice to help American families live by their budget and teach them the fundamentals on how to manage their income.
Too many American families offset their monthly income with additional credit cards, which starts a vicious circle… It makes the monthly cost higher, since they now have to make the minimum payments on these cards, but due to higher interest rates their debt will only be slowly reduced since this minimum payment only covers the interest in most cases.
As a president I will protect the American people from too much credit card debt, by working to issuing a bill that will ensure that Credit Card companies will issue the credit purely on verified monthly net income and on verified debt already owed. If the net income can not support any further debt, no new credit card will be issued.
With policies like these, I hope to bring families back together again and restore what we have lost.
There is one concept that brings people together and promotes family time, and that is playing games together.
Gaming is for everyone, and with the new Game Systems available on the market now, the grand children can play with their grandparents, their nieces & nephews, and can play with their Aunts & Uncles.
What better way to get the families back together? Its fun, and, the wave of the future

This is about we the people and together we can do this.
But I offer this advice when offering input, the core idea of the plan is not changeable! This plan will not get lost in some huge debate. My daughter will go to this school system and when she is ready, and she will get what she deserves a chance at a better education. Just like every other American Child will. That is my motivation. and it is unwavering.
I intend to get rid this superfluous bureaucracy like we have now. It is failing our kids..
What is the one thing that could truly get rid of racism, social inequality, and would also start people down the path of equality?. It’s simple Education…
Education is the key to knowledge, and it is the great equalizer.
If all children regardless of social status had the same opportunity for a solid education, imagine what we would be able to accomplish with just this generation. No matter where a student grows up, they should get the tools to explore what they are capable of. The key to this is a 2 part strategy, 1.) is the parental involvement and 2.) a solid school structure. Realistically a student spends 8 hours a day at school and should be focused on learning, not necessarily what is going on around them. Now imagine a safe class room with both consistent standards, and, consistent teaching requirements. Now we can emphasize on even better learning tools and habits for those students. There are other factors, like their home life is important, but since we can never really fix any problems there, nor should we even try, as a government, To be in this realm, we simply have to provide them the best tools available to excel on there own, the rest is up to the student. To put it simply, remember that our children are our future!
Radically revamp Education.
Education is the Cornerstone and the infrastructure of any great nation, and regardless of a students social status we will provide the same opportunities to all. In turn, this will solve many of today’s problems. This will provide equal opportunities for all, provide for more rapid advancement in all fields of study, and bring together all the different thought processes from our vastly diverse population, not to mention that this policy will make the United States the best of the best yet again.

Preface:
When someone talks about government in Education, some will automatically think socialism or socialized education. But when companies like Starbucks run nationwide operations very effectively by using some basic principles, they are not called a socialist company. So don’t look at this plan in that way either. Schools should be ran like a nation wide chain of locations. It is that simple. All elementary through high schools should utilize a basic standardized curriculum, so no matter what state you live in you will be taught the same things as you would in another state’s curriculum. This will also vastly improve the number of enrollments into higher education where we can reap the benefits of a much larger expertise base being available. Rember we are the United States
We are behind in education, point blank!
For example, Japan is way ahead in their education because of their stronger standardized school systems, their utilization of uniforms in schools which prevent the “fashion show” distraction that our students today must face, and their government realizing how important education is for their nation's future. We need play catch up at this point. There are currently many other nations ahead of the United States in this area. We need to stop talking about it and do something now. If they can build a Starbucks in every state the same way, why can't we do so with our schools? We need to become more unified on education. We need to take this superfluous bureaucracy out of education and focus on what is best for our children and the future of our country, since they will be our future leaders! My plan will make every public school better than any current private school, and with more advanced technology to utilize in facilitating standardized teaching, this is how it should be.
This Education policy focuses on American Citizens.
Taxes will not be raised for this plan! We only need to focus our efforts, stop spending our money on things we don’t need, and stop giving it away to every other country while not providing it to our own.
The priority is America! and it's Children
So how do we do this?
Education should be as important as national security.
I believe that Education is a national security issue, and should be treated as such.
Promote programs that reduce the stress on working families so they can spend more time with there children, Like Tele-Commuting and no, or low, cost day care etc..
Encouraging students and teachers to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, these are fields that are crucial to our security, for competitiveness, and prosperity.
Promoting transparency to assess performance, promote accountability, and share innovations in education at all levels.
The Plan: This will need more work but get the Idea. Tthe core idea will not change.
First and foremost we need to change the structure of all public schools:
Put Physical Education back in schools , Art, Music are also very key.
Provisions for Special needs students but they my standardized at all shcools.
Higher nutritional value meals in schools – and reduce vendor adverting in schools
Learning should be fun, and teachers should want to be teachers, not just for the financial aspect.
Year round, or near year round school, with breaks through the year to improve retention.
We need to start revamping and modernizing all our schools.
Schools need to run more like finely tuned business units with a central command.
All students and faculty will wear standard uniforms. These can be voted on by the students & faculty in that state being mindful of the mean income of the population; The focus needs to be on education not social status and appearance, this is the point to keep in sight.
We will recruit teachers from the top universities and put programs in place to help them be more successful at the college level,
The same curriculum in every mainstream school from coast to coast, with no exceptions. Math, science, English etc.. No changes will be permitted anywhere. We will evolve the courseware every year to adapt to changes, keeping to the fundamental basics of the plan, which will also account for L.D. classes in each school as needed..
Cell phones must be TURNED OFF during all classes and any distractions that prevent learning will not be permitted
Teachers will be paid more, and, rewarded based on performance only, not tenure.
Grades and Graduation rate per class room. It is that simple.
FCAT testing is over. Schools no longer will have to fight for money. They will all be funded at the same rate. The Pressure will be removed from the students and applied to the teachers and management chain.
A Multilevel Architecture will be put in place with a central command.

There will be a zero bulling and violence policy and zero gang policy national wide.
If a Principle (i.e. Managers) and CO-Principle fails to see the problem, then they are not doing there job and will be replaced.
Swift Prosecution and punishment of any student(s) performing illegal activities on school grounds, especially for fighting, threats, drugs/ alcohol, theft, and vandalism. We can no longer tolerate this activity in our schools.
There will be no need to move to a better district. It will not matter because all schools will be the exact same.

A Intercity School program with incentive for success, show intercity kids that staying in school is more profitable to the Alternatives
part of college paid if GPA is a certain level
Offer no interest loans if GPA is a certain level
Mandatory services if you drop out of high school
Other penalties for drop outs (i.e. Drivers License restrictions, etc.)

Healthcare Crisis: Millions of Americans are without health coverage.
Here is my way on how to fix the health care crisis:
Health care should stay in the free Market.
To provide health care to the uninsured American citizens and legal residents, I would submit a quote request to the major health care providers, presenting the United States of America as one big company. Just like a big corporation, the “USA Corp.” then should get the lowest rates possible, since there are millions of uninsured Americans living in the USA who are unable to get health coverage through there employer or any the other most common ways. The quote request to the major health care providers will be re-submitted every two years for the lowest price and best services.
This will keep health care in the free market and cost will be kept down with competition and it will eliminate the high premiums for Americans who are self-insured.
Pre-existing clauses need to be taken out of all health care coverage. A human’s life can not be based on clauses and a person in need of medical care now should get all the help needed right away, before their condition worsens and will then cost more to treat.
We as a nation need to find cures to all these long term diseases, i.e., diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer’s. With all the resources of the United States government available, I will make sure that funds are allocated to find cures for these diseases without any of the usual bureaucracy.
First let me thank all the brave men and women of the Armed Forces who have done an excellent job during these tough times and I send my condolences to all the families who lost a loved one during this trying time. But I will make you this promise; “Your loss will not be in vain.” But it is time for us to gracefully drawdown in Iraq move to a support roll and the sons and daughters of America to come home.
Since I don’t have the power to do anything, about this war until 2009, it’s kind of a theoretical point only.
The facts are, our soldiers are brave and they are doing a great job, but they also need a break from war and we have security concerns at home that need our attention now.
One important note here, The rhetoric by John “Amnesty” McCain and others that “a withdrawal is a defeat” is nonsense. America did what needed to be done and now we should have an gracefully exit plan and not occupy that nation any longer.

They are in need of better technology and better tools. It is as simple as that.

Also you don't go war to make friends, you do want you need to do and then leave.
You can’t fight a war with words, only cause one.
We need to focus on fixing America’s problems for a change. We need to stop policing the world, It is not our job. (America is not an empire) If a country wants democracy they should earn it like we did, as we are an example of what can be done. Our constitution does not say we must promote building mini America around the world, or spreading democracy around the world. Our founding fathers wanted to get away from this policy. That was England’s policy. And will not be ours once I take office in 2009.
We need to pay more attention to the good we have done in Iraq.
With attacks reducing more and more, it is time for us to leave and give full responsibility to the Iraqi government. But I don’t want to return in 6 months.
By the time the next president takes office, their (Iraq’s) government will need to be ready take over, because we have been in Iraq for far too long already.
It is time for Iraqis to pave their own way to democracy. We have given them the tools and the way forward, the rest is up to them. If they can’t defend themselves after all this time that's their problem.
We need a WWII Style draw down.
Leaving only smaller support forces in Iraq for the short term, which will be rotated in and out, and shorten the tours of duty.
We need to secure their borders and prevent Iran from creating subversion while positioning themselves in the problem areas, and stop the flow of weapons into the insurgents.
Stop policing the world. It is not our job (American is not an empire) Again ...I know
It is time for our soldiers to be re-united with their families and children.
Having families torn apart is the real cost of war.
Soldiers have to fight the wars that politicians start.

The first thing I will do for energy as President is to get together with our great minds and then send a real scientific based plan to Congress for energy independence. It won’t take long to this put in place.
For too long, America has been falsely dependent on foreign suppliers of oil. Because energy independence is crucial to our economy and our national security, we must establish it as a top priority.
Now is the time, not when we run out of oil and then this leads to the biggest Global Conflict to date. We must secure our energy future now.
We have to explore, conserve, and we have to pursue all avenues of alternative energy: Fusion, nuclear, wind, solar, hydrogen, clean coal, bio diesel, and biomass
